dc.description.abstract | Successful knowledge management is considered an important factor in the success of contemporary organizations. Many organizations have adopted the use of some sort of knowledge management system, such as a network or repository to promote knowledge sharing and learning, however a great deal of them are unsuccessful. This paper investigates narratives shared on digital networks of practice and how they encourage interaction and contribute to learning. Our findings show promising signs that narratives are effective tools to facilitate learning in networks of practice. | en_US |
